1. 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances.

Store Credit Only: Approved returns will be issued in the form of Store Credit only.
Usage: Store credits are valid for use exclusively on our website and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to other accounts.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact to be eligible for a return.

2. Sale Items

All items purchased during a sale, clearance, or using a promotional discount code are considered Final Sale.

No Returns/Refunds: Sale items are not eligible for return or store credit.
Size Exchange Only: We only allow size exchanges for sale items, subject to stock availability.

3. Valid Reasons for Exchange

We only accept exchange requests for the following specific reasons:

Wrong Size: If the fit is not as expected (subject to availability).
Wrong Item: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
Manufacturing Defect: If the item has a verifiable structural flaw or damage upon arrival.

Note: Photographic evidence of the defect or the wrong item must be provided within 48 hours of delivery to initiate the process.

4. No Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Our fulfillment process begins immediately to ensure timely delivery. Please review your cart, shipping address, and sizes carefully before completing your purchase.
